I have the Console 1 which I do like so thought about adding the fader for another 8 channels to work with. I suspect the same that using both might just be a hassle to deal with. I use Cubase also....

In my case it seemed both units had faulty flash modules; apparently there was a batch of bad units floating around out there. I feel your pain if you're having issues. I'm glad I just moved on

definitely different serial numbers. They both came in a shipping box but no inner box of any kind. I thought that kind of strange. just a regular brown box. unit in plastic bag with Styrofoam sides....

Yes using the ethernet cable that came w/unit. have tried swapping cables too. direct to computer or via my ethernet switch. different ports etc etc. according to the update instructions dialogue box...

so after ordering a new unit through my local shop and Fedex sitting on it in the same location for nearly 2 weeks, I finally got my hands on the new unit today. Same issue? it will not update FW....

Yes I've logged in to my account but it only shows the one current version of Eucon. I've read on a thread somewhere that it only shows this or unless you had the history of those earlier versions...
