I just got this artist who desires to record a song using the whole instrumentation of a Mariachi, any advices on how to deal with those two uncomon acustic instruments ...please?

in the setup section, aren't you supposed to set the record input, "internal, optical or s/pdif?
Can the 001 take the 3 at the same time?

I just finished mixing my songs, I was recording the songs to a CD using JAM and when I played them back, I noticed one of the songs was a litle more LOUD than the rest

I found an old recording on my ADAT's it sounds good but some of the instruments are a litle distorted, I tried to pass it to my 001 using the optical method, and the signal went red on the 001 too,...

Yes the L1 from waves is really good, it raises you level really nice without getting distortion.
But I wonder..... I usually set it to minus 6 ( wich sounds so good) how much can we go down without...
