Maybe, but I'm not sure how.

I've left the studio so I can't check this out for sure. But I notice that if the last note of a bar "hangs" a bit over the next bar, a new MIDI measure is added....

The drive is set to T in the audio colum and R in the video column. PT won't allow me to change the audio setting. It gives me the same error. The drive isn't a valid audio playback or record volume....

Automation point at 811 minutes was the trouble. I have no idea how the session length ended up way out there or how the automation point got set. But it's gone and now I can zoom to the sample....
