Re: Low Latency Monitoring Bug???

So I figured out a work around for my situation. After 9.0.1 wouldn't even open after the full install I did, I went back to 9.0 and opened up my session that I was working on. I had NO plug-ins on...

I'm having the same problem. 002R with PT9, Low Latency Monitoring doesn't work as it should. When selected, it has no affect on the input signal. A day ago I was using PT8 and it was working fine....

Just Bought the Command 8!

Well, after not hearing anything (officially) about a new one, I bought a Command 8 this week. And I've gotta say, I really love it! I love how the faders are touch sensitive and most of the...

Okay, DIGI: If I buy a Command 8 and, in 3 months you guys release a new one, I can point back to this thread right?

Re: Good Vocals - PLUGINS.?

That was HILARIOUS! Seriously, that was an awesome rant!
You need to double the vocal, pan it center, and apply an LA-2A style compressor that will smooth out the vocal making it seem much bigger...

Where is it DIGI???

Almost a year ago, when people were complaining about the 003 being a "crossgrade" to the 002, someone from Digidesign corp came to this forum and said they were working on a product that would be...

Re: PT HD Veteran on an LE Rig. I got\'s me some problems!

FWIW, I pretty much have the same system as you: same computer, 002r BUT 7.3. I was having the same kind of problems, do a search for cpu errors in the last 2 years on this forum.
While it hasn't...

Re: Digi 003 Rack / Rosetta 800 Converter Only Comparison

Sorry. I meant converters, not pres. I have Lavry blue converters via Spdif into my 002. I a/b those against a channel 5/6 from my AEA TRP and R84 combo and there was no comparison: the 002s were...

Re: Digi 003 Rack / Rosetta 800 Converter Only Comparison

From what I hear, and I'm not an Apogee fan (Lavry Blues for me), the 800 has a little more "air" to it, a little smoother. The 003 pres sound more "in your face" which, on one instrument, can sound...

Re: Still-Buffering Issues

First, I gave you specific info earlier in this thread that you never responded to.
Second, I'd be interested to know how many users on this thread that have had problems had their problems solved...

Re: Still-Buffering Issues

Bravo, Ian Moore!
Isn't it interesting that DIGI won't say "we know there's a problem and we'll get a fix out to you asap."?

We've got to keep this topic alive if we're going to get them to...

Re: Still-Buffering Issues

I'm sorry that this conversation has to have this tone BUT: I think everyone's main goal is to get our systems THAT WE'VE PAID HARD EARNED MONEY FOR TO WORK PROPERLY. I don't want to be angry. For...

Re: Still-Buffering Issues

Digi - you're kidding, right? First you've heard of this? Why don't you do a search for "buffer underrrun" and "6086" or "6085" or "9028" and see how many users are having these errors. I have an...

Re: no sound with low latency monitoring

Not sure if this will work with 6.4 BUT: try changing your CPU usage limit to something other than what it currently is. One step up or down will work. Click OK then try the LLM and see if that fixed...

Re: 7.3 Will Not Run On My Machine At Alll! HELLLLP!!!

Here's something I've never understood: Why, when users post that something like the 7.3 update doesn't work on their system, others that have it working fine become snobby and have attitude and...

Re: Registration/ 7.3 Upgrade help

It's not your serial number that they're asking for, it's your AUTHORIZATION code. It's misleading in the wording. The number is pretty long and has 4 or 5 spaces in it. Hope this helps!

Re: Fix for Error #6086? Digi, heads up!

Hello, DIGI?

This happened to me today over 15 times during a 6 hour session IN THE MIDDLE OF VOCAL TAKES!

Why is this happening?

Re: Fix for Error #6086?

Since this is oviously some kind of bug issue, why hasn't DIGI issued a fix or addressed it in any of the PT 7.1 CS updates?

This prevents our systems from being "reliable". Is this not a concern,...

Fix for Error #6086?

I noticed in some previous posts about multiple PT users having issues with ERROR #6086 where PT7.1 stops playback and/or recording and tells you to increase buffer size even though the CPU indicator...

Re: Warming Up an 001 Mix

If you're using OSX (which you might not be), go to pspaudioware.com and buy their VINTAGE WARMER and/ or MIX PACK plug-ins.
Inexpensive and, trust me, just what you're looking for.
