Ridiculous Avid - Just Ridiculous

So I purchased a second hand eleven rack with pro tools 8 le licence and got a nice transfer of ownership form to submit to Avid. Easy enough except the registration transfer web form does not work....

This is ridiculous, problem still not fixed, is there anyone at Avid who realises that their transfer of ownership web page is broken when you submit the info??
