I had the same problem- pops at regular 1 minute intervals on audio tracks. It was driving me crazy. Then I read on one of these threads to disable my wireless connection. Boom- no more pops.

Well I did a Sandra report; it came in at 261, whatever that means. It doesn't matter what bit rate, sample rate, or anything, I still get the the popping, exactly on the minute.
