ilok won't work on one of my computers

it works on my desktop but my laptop protools does not recognize it.
any advice?
I uninstalled and then re-installed the ilok manager... no change.

this is the response i am getting when i try to open a recently purchased pro tools. any help... i've been on hold all day with no response, not really happy buying software that wont install and...
