Can you not update to PT 2020? The bug is supposedly fixed there

Avid support responded saying they can't recreate the error and asked for me to send them one of my sessions. They also asked me to look into the pro tools optimizations. I sent them back a session...

I am having this problem also. I think it may be because I tried installing the digidesign standalone application in order to make my hdx system work with programs outside of pro tools. Not a great...
