Yeah...if you visit the Ludwig factory they have dumpsters for the ones that don't squeak!
Maybe 15 years ago Ludwig remanufactured the Speed King pedals for a period of time. Mine is hermetically...

Avid simply can't provide any service other than a bugfix for products that aren't covered by a paid, fixed-term service plan.

A hub is probably not going to provide even moderately satisfactory performance.
There are a lot of timing issues in play with Eucon...plus Avid now recommends that Eucon be run on a separate...

And there is really no need to partition drives (unless you are using multiple operating systems)...on spinning drives it actually degrades performance.

Also, on PT 10, you will start hitting limitations far earlier than you would if you upgrade to PT 11.
