My temp fix for CoreAudio with 12.6 is to put the AvidCore Audio Manager application that is located in the Avid folder in the dock, and launch that before opening the programs that use core audio...

Sounds like you have a bad unit/faulty screen. Mine does not behave like this at all.

Using both the Artist Control and Artist Mix together in MackieControl mode works wonderfully. I went through and remapped all the touch screen...

On your iPad search the iTunes App store for "PT Control". It should be one of the first items that shows up on the list of apps. Then click the install button.

You sir are my favorite user! You did what AVID couldn't do! I finally have PT 12.5 working as it should!

I probably should have been more specific in saying that I am running a hackintosh system AND a Mac Pro 5,1 with updated Nvidia cards (GTX 970 and GT730), and both systems wont launch the PT video...

Quick question, what subversion of 10.10.5 did you upgrade to? The 2016-003 one? You needed to use the nvidia 346.02.03f07 driver and thats what caused the errors?

And what working 10.10.5...

PT 12 Mac crashing when making a new track/duplicating/reactivating a track.

This just started happening on both my PT11 and PT12. Every time I try to create a new track in a blank session, I get the pinwheel of doom then PT crashes without an error message.

Well, New Path is what I needed to click. Never used that button before on 10/11 since Default always would auto generate Busses.
