OK I shut off auto run and Pro-Tools Still complains when it's closed. Nothing opens upon inserting the disc. I have put the disc in-restarted the computer-still crashes... I have no problem...

I'm pulling music off cds from production music libraries, Sound Effect collections and music to be edited for dance concerts and the like... On my mac i've always been able to pop the disc in-Itunes...

I forget who makes it but i saw someone with a plastic encloser for the encloser which was supposed to be really queit. As far as the error goes i can't really point to the drive as the end all be...

I Think i got it... I finally found the version of USB Drivers for Intel Processer Tucked way underneith Yamaha Downloads... It may be the worst site ever maintained... Things are looking different...

On my Keybord or in mac. where do i check on the mac? I Have the USB Midi Port Active on the Keys as well as assigned to trasfer through port 1. i Appricate all the help!

parrallel compression is a good trick- make sure you are staying time alligned though in the digital relm... NO LOOKAHEAD LIMITERS!
