So between 2014, when the last driver was released, and 2020, when they ended support, they didn't actually offer any support.

The last driver version is from 2014 and there are many reports of buggy behavior with Windows 10.

Why have the drivers not been updated in almost 10 years?

It's been almost 10 years since the last windows driver update.

What's going on?

According to this forum the Mbox 3 Pro is not a legacy product.
