Yeah, actually I am having the exact same problem quoted by loud neighbor, which is “pro tools locks up, os hangs, hard restart”, and we happen to be using the same computer and the same OWC internal...

Ill get a system report. Im sure it has to do with the NI updates from yesterday. And Ill run it til it errors and give you the exact #.

Its not a particular error #, but a general system unstableness, in that the cpu meter becomes unstable, spiking up etc to 100% when the edit screen is up. This eventually will cause buffer errors,...
