Everyone has learned to ignore colt45 on this. Im beginning to wonder did someone from M-Audio really tell him that there is a design flaw. Something smells fishy!!!

Yeah they have an extemely long hold time. At least I know you are telling the truth about speaking with tech support. as I previously stated, I already talked with support managers about this....

Yeah it would definitely be an issue if we can get an official word from M-Audio that this is accurate. So far colt45(where02190) is the only one in this and other forums that confirms this issue. ...

Has anyone else contacted M-Audio concerning this "issue"? because colt45 is getting conflicting information from what I am getting from M-Audio. They tell me that there is no design flaw.

m-audio has been contacted several (7 or more) times and mangers have been spoken to, not just tier 1 level agents that you spoke to. I was told there is NO DESIGN FLAW. Like you said, first year...

I tried the same test as shredder, and my projectmix worked like a charm also. I definately reccomend the projectmix.

I did not say they could not recreate issue at all just not on every unit. I actually confirmed again today with tech support(greg williams) and nothing has changed. Greg actually owns a projectmix...

I understand your issue and other people understand your issue. Its actually not that complicated. You are not the ONLY one with the understanding of dbv. I also talked with M-Audio several times...
