We've seen this happen before if pro tools gets booted up before link finishes installing a playcell instrument... We're very aware of it. Unfortunately the only proper fix for now is to reinstall...

This is planned and in the time line. I wish it could’ve been like this from launch but we’ll get there, especially considering the multitude of new instruments to come.

PlayCell has 2 folders.

The AAX presets can be found in User/Documents/Pro Tools/Plugin Setting/PlayCell

The sample content can be found in MacHD/Library/Application Support/Avid/PlayCell

This is correct. The initial launch is 6 sample packs of loops and one shots. Every drop will be different and some will be presets/instruments, others will be sample packs, templates, and so on.

All the content we make for playcell will always be included with a subscription/support plan. This isn’t a “gotcha, pay us more” kind of thing. There will be a lot more playcell...

seems to be an issue with the Long setting, because pt still does compensate properly on auxes up to the limit when "Short" is selected.
