Mbox transport and noise issues...

Hi, I've just set up an mbox and protools 6.4 on my friends PC, and i have a couple of problems...
When i record, or playback the timer on the transponder does not respond... it does play and does...

This same situation occured tonight with my system, the rack lost connection and then there was a clicking noise, how do i fix this?

Just recently upgraded to Digi 002 and bought a command 8.. installed all the softwear and protools runs, but it wont recognize my command 8. Any ideas of whats wrong? and the personality file is...
