I am a quad user from the original build long ago... my suggestion is this, ditch the Tyan and go ASUS or INTEL. I am on my 3rd Tyan MB and am just about to throw the whole thing...

Same here, stick to the list... but I too could not find the 256 card and had to go with 512 (same version and drivers though), nor could I find a TYAN MB with BIOS v1.03 also can not find cs update...

If you are talking about the "paging file" under system properties/advanced mine is set to "system managed size". Back in the day I used to set it min/max to 1024 because of a strange AutoTune error...
