Room noise reduction plug-ins?

I'm one of those PTLE users without an isolation booth and would like to know if any other users have found a decent plug-in that will sample, detect and help eliminate room noise, mainly computer...

Re: Rewire Duece II!!!!!! Looky, looky looky!!!!!

Does anyone have any idea when we might be seeing this feature? I simply can't wait as I have been a PTLE user for years and am about to mix a major reason-driven project. What a sweet way to start...

Re: reason.....rock drums?

One of my favorite drum sample CDs is an oldie but goodie: Bernard Purdie: Rhythm Central. Real cool loops (audio only) with individual hits by one of the masters of rhythm funk (played with James...

Recording direct to MP3 anyone?

Sorry this is a bit off topic, but I have a huge library of audio (voice) cassettes I want to transfer to MP3 without going through my 001/LE setup. I've downloaded some free/shareware audio apps...

Re: Refuse refuses to work

Going to spend another few hours moving carefully through the process. If all fails again, I'll post details. I REALLY want this to work! Thanks in advance!

Re: What\'s the Best Soft Sampler for LE

Latency is a way of life, dependent on all your components. It's an imperfect electrical world, but the option is strumming a guitar by candlelight.

Say, that's not a half-bad idea...

Re: What\'s the Best Soft Sampler for LE

If you haven't tried Reason v2, their new NNXT sampler module is breathtaking. It has an "orkestral" refill which is astounding. Add endless arrays of drum machines, sythesizers (The Malstrom kicks...

Re: what is wrong with dp3???and digi001

Regarding PT not recognizing the 001 after using DP - the solution I have found (albeit a minor inconvenience) is to delete sound, DP and DAE preferences before opening PT. Hope this helps!

Re: Can you tell any sound difference between 001 and Mbox?

Well, I like the Mbox better than my 001 and I never even heard my 001. images/icons/wink.gif

Re: Digi001 with Reason?¿

Yes, but not with Rewire which is a major drag. Many users like myself have switched to DP3 with the 001 which is pretty amazing. LE is cool but falling very quickly behind the times. By the way,...

Re: Does new BATTERY work with PT LE 5.1.1?

The pak is brilliant. I had been struggling with B4 before but having it with the others as plugins is a small dream come true!

Anyone tried the Line Six (Pod) software? I know there's this cool retro USB box for direct axe in, but wonder if there's a software only option that would work well with 001/LE. Hear Pod is great...

Re: guitar squeeking

If you're patient (unlike me) you can go in and remove a lot of that squeak manually. I'd say rerecord using this old guitar squeak removal technique: Run the fret fingertips over your nose, giving...
