I can only agree with you here. I too am a recent HD3 owner (1.5 years), and I just cannot fathom that my hardware has been devalued by Digis marketing to less than a 6 year old hardware...

Got the same thing happening as you with Logic 6.3.3 and PTHD on OSX. But if a song was setup at 44.1 the 192 alway snaps to the correct sample rate when it opens up.

I see, thank you for this clarification.

So it just means if I later want to upgrade my HD3, I will have to update to a complete HD3 Accel system and no longer have the option to upgrade one card...

Yes I am pretty sure Auxes are 48 bit summing, but to get from a track to an aux via a bus, you pass through a TDM "node", which is 24 bit.

I have had this problem for over a year now as well, but since I upgraded my waves from 3.5 to 4.0 the problem has dissappeared thank god both under PT an Logic running TDM.

Another thing about the solo thing, it is not a bug but more or less a non implemented function that native and TDM objects are more or less two seperate mixing desks in the same environment....

I hear you on lack of DSP Allocator. I think Emagic may have a solution for that coming soon. I too feel when you start doing big sessions with lots of native ESB combined with PTHD things...
