Bounce to Disk not working

This is ridiculous. I have a song. With 5 tracks. 1 Plugin is used (D-verb). 5 minutes long. I can't Bounce to Disk. Eventually it will either say:

They're plugins that are supposed to be part of the Pro Tools. Delay, Reverb, Clicker, etc...
as well as the plugins that came part of the Factory Sealed MBox 2.

There is a bunch of stuff in that folder already and now even after I put my plugins into there, Pro Tools still isn't registering any plugins.
