avid application manager problem

I'm hoping that maybe someone here can help with this.

I have tried for months now to get the avid application manager to run and it just will not no matter what I do.

2018.7 runs fine for me on my iMac Pro.

Especially after changing the color profile in display settings. I have no GUI lag now.
