i've got an AKG C1000s and it's brilliant. i use it and my oktava MK219A non stop (that's because they're all i have) and i know they ain't neumans but i get some nice sound for under $500 canadian....

i lowered the cache and got a few more inserts...i am now at 12 tracks and 14 plug ins before it stops and tells me off, so that's an improvement right off the bat. so really, you think it's a hard...
