So just a follow up on what XJENSEN suggested.

I loaded up the Click II plugin and bussed it to an audio track and the recording falls exactly on beat on the grid. When I applied a -1000 offset...

I also assumed you were taking about per track MIDI offsets too.

It makes perfect sense, but I don’t think the answer is correct in relation to the OP’s problem.

I think Crizdee believes the OP has created a click track with an audio file which I don’t think is...
