This is only my opinion, but I particularly disliked the M-Audio's when I heard them. Way too hi fi sounding for me, and of all the monitors I listened to, they sounded most different to everything...

It has to be cat5 because that is already in place and there is no room for another cable. I don't know why but they specifically said I had to use the existing cat5 run.

Yes, I use Apple D a lot, apple and arrows, option apple arrows when navigating file structure. It's still slower for me.

In OS9 you can't jump to any directory in any drive from anywhere, slowing things down a lot as I browse for samples with Reason and Battery. Cut and paste don't work on my desktop, let alone...

There are two analog inputs and two digital inputs. You can only use one of the pairs at once. You can't record four tracks at once on an Mbox.
