HEAT vs Phoenix plug...... reason to switch?

I already own Phoenix, and use it across my stems, master buss, and some individual tracks when necessary.

Can't authorize Wizooverb

I hope the AIR team can sort something out for me/us. There are a bunch of us who can't authorize our reverbs when installing on a new machine, or in my case, just getting around to opening my box...

In this case, I was mastering my files for uploading to the music sites. This is why I was dithering in the first place. They wanted 16 bit-44.1 .wav files.

When I go to Preferences in 7.3 to select which dither plug to use, I only get Digidesign Dither as an option, even though I have PowR installed. Is there a way to select another plug here?...
