the getting started manual covers pretty much all its functions as a work surface. if you mean a PT manual then the only one is the PDF file.

everytime I open reason in protools all my faders shoot all the way up then down, then do it again. same thing happens to a single fader when i create a new midi track. any ideas?

When I added a firewire card, i had the same problem. some PCI cards just wont allow the mac to go into deep sleep. its not PT issue its a hardware issue.

yes, choose a stereo interleaved aiff bounce, and convert durring bounce or else you will get a left and right file along with the interleaved file

I had the same Issue, I was bouncing it as a wave and it would not drag in. Try bouncing it as an AIFF it should drag right into iTunes.
