update: new problem now...i unsynced all of my projects from the cloud, but now whenever i try to run them pro tools quits unexpectedly. any idea what the problem is here? i can make a new session...

Until today I had been working in pro tools first, meaning all my files have been saved to the cloud. However, today I bought the full pro tools and would like to work on that, but I can't find a way...

Nevermind, I'm stupid and didn't download them separately. I thought they were installed automatically with Pro Tools.

I just installed Pro Tools First today, but the 12 plugins that are supposed to come with the "creative pack" are not there. I'm running OS Sierra on a Mac using a Scarlett 2i2. Anyone know why these...
