1.There is no Dialog shown to recommend to uninstall older Protools.

Yes i have the same error under Windows10 2004 with latest Updates.
I need to unstall all Avid components and Reinstallation to work.

Now the announced Patched Version 2020.9.1. shows the same...

In my enviroment the ilok works on the USB2.0 Ports of my motherboard via
Frontpanel.

On the other hand the Synchrosoft-Dongle works without any problems on the USB3.0 ports on the same board....

Ok i have solved this manually because the uninstallation
of the 8.03cs2 was corrupt. I have used in details:

1) Deleting all registry entrys from protools

Installation Problem with 8.04 Updater under Windows7 64Bit

I am using the ProTools V8.03cs2 under windows7 Ultimate 64Bit and i have tried to install the 8.04er Updater.

The Installation has problems to update the avid drivers from 8.03 to version 8.04...
