If anyone is still having this problem, I just had to click on the green "new loyalty rewards" (or something) link at the top of the My Products page, and the IK tabs then showed up.

Yes, subscription to the PT software itself, year to year, not support and update.

I'm still not seeing them in My Products and pretty sure I have the same subscription as the OP. Did they show up under the Pro Tools tab, or in their own tab (like Melodyne, etc.)?

I have a session that used to have a video track, but has long since been removed and video deleted. However, every time I open the session, PT tells me I have to enable the video engine. Any ideas...

I have a Core 2 duo Mac Mini that serves me well, though I only do smaller sessions. If you need it for major multi-tracking sessions, I'd go with the Mac Pro advice.
