Is this the best/fastest way to get support for this type of issue? Still left unable to launch Pro Tools or track down my license.

Went to launch Pro Tools, says I have not had a valid license since 3/30/16. Logged into the Avid website; my purchase history, all record of me paying for Pro Tools monthly for the past year, GONE....

I also believe it is not isolated to Click II but several others, but Click II is certainly the worst. The plug-in's own UI is almost unusable as well (during playback).
