OK well dropped down to 10.8 reinstalled PT and proper HD drivers.
Shows up in Core Audio and says is connected and all I/O show up but at PT startup says "Unable to locate hardware". Tried the...

Ok makes sense. I just went to the newest OS and went to Pro Tools 10. I will drop back to Snow Leopard or at least 10.8 until Maverick support comes around. Thank you.

Ok well now I have in the Core Audio window as HD and it is showing all the 192s IO there but still nothing in pro tools under hardware or setup or anywhere else but there it is right there in Avid...
