Is there any way to get Avid Support on the phone?

The licensing phone line is down.
They don’t respond to support case.

Also the last email I got from avid said my new system ID would be in my master account and i don’t see that in their either. Only the old expired one.

I’ve been looking through ilok manager and the avid master account 25 times a day and obviously am missing something. Could you please just give a little bit more guidance on this so I’m not sitting...

Im having the same issue. No license deposited. Nothing showing up in ILOK. No updated date when I click on "Show details" I cant seems to get a response from support.

I have an education perpetual license and two days ago I renewed the yearly upgrade/support plan. As of right now there is still no license that has been deposited. I only see the expired license...

Enigma is not supported for newer OS. And the gen 1 axiom only works with enigma so basically doesn't work with pro tools

I don't think Enigma is available anymore. The link is dead on the maudio site. Every tutorial regarding programming the axiom with pro tools shows using enigma

Is there any other way to reamp with the axe fx besides using an aggregate? My interface doesn't have spdif either.

Do basically have to just use the axefx as my IN and OUT when reamping now so...

Could part of the problem be that the USB cable from the axe fx to the computer is too long. I believe I used a 25 foot usb cable.

Can you explain what the problem is with the old drive? Did it corrupt the file? Is my whole project garbage now? Or just the audio files? I didn't have any problems until I was ready to record...

Same brand as before but 7200.

What exactly am I checking with the plugins? All I'm running is kontakt and ssd4. No other plugins are bring used

I can't use it at 1024 because there too much latency. Not a ton but enough to screw up the timing of the recording.
