ok you seem PC savy. Go into your device drivers and underhardware settings. see if you PC is picking up the 001 first. If not the reinstall the drivers. Im typing this message on my phone so sorry...

I have a digi 002 rack with pro tools 7.3.
Now that said I us the metronome that comes with Pro Tools. What I do is I use my last track as the tick track. What I can’t do is record the tick track....
