Ha, I got it! I hope this will help anyone else with the same 0X80070643 Error. I realized the Fatal Error was Windows related and that the error quite often involves the Microsoft .NET Framework....

Thanks Drew, I just put in for a support case. Yes my products page does show PT 10 and PT 12, just not the PT 11 which I paid for because it's the only one that will work for my system. We'll see...
