I will contact them. Talking about the downgrade, won't I have a problem with Pro Tools Carbon? The last two Pro Tools updates, the unit updates its firmware too.

They were (I removed them from default and they're working well): Avid Channel Strip and Purple Audio MC77. I'm using Catalina 10.15.7

Nice, JFreak. I added my system information.
I already had this same problem in the past, but in the last version before the last update of Pro Tools I wasn't having any issues importing video files.

When I arm rec my track automatically goes to DSP mode. But when I insert any plugin it doesn't work properly. I have to disable DSP and re-enable to have the plugin working.

Before the last update I was able to import videos downloaded from whatsapp or sometimes h264 format. Now I have to convert the videos to Apple Pro Res to import. What's wrong?

IMO Pitch n Time really does it better most of the time. Sometimes I use TCE too and have good results depending of the program.

Pro Tools 8.0.4 CRASHING

Always when I select "Hide and make Inactive" in multiple tracks, Pro Tools crash.
Sometimes, when I "Save" and "Close Session" Pro Tools crashes too.

My hardware is
iMac 8.1 Snow Leopard 10.6.4...

Im getting many crashes. About 20 per day.
Always when I save and close the project, the Pro Tools crashes.
Sometimes, I let the project open and when I come back, it has crashed.
I don't know...
