You are right but I do not have any noise so to speak with the RODE it's an amazing microphone which doesn't need any preamp (quite rare for a ribbon microphone), I have a neumann also but I do...

I don't have a Mac...but I suppose you can do the same with usb ..
However I do not wish to have several cards or preamps...I'd rather up my price limit a little and buy the card I really need...

I have a message of a missing recording when I start a session and neither me nor PT can find it....it's not preventing me from working but this is annoying...it may sound silly but I don't know how...

The audient and the apollo twin have 2 inputs....that's a bit short for me 4 would be great...8 would be heaven but out of my price range...I don't know..

Thank you everyone !! It was not easy....it took me 3 tries but IT WORKS !! After full reinstallation and clean up with trasher...I found out an old plugin that had been uninstalled before was...

Yes..you were right.I have found it and deactivated it and I got my 48Kh back!!! But my software kept freezing so I tried reinstalling it and it just doesn't work ....I am lost ..

ok, since I tried installing the 12.7.1 and it wouldn't install correctly I tried to reinstall the 12.8 and, guess what? : it doesn't work anymore!! It says that a plugin is missing a file and it...

Yes but those have the gain control in the computer, I'd rather have those on the card itself....but they are in my price range...
