You can, but it is kind of a pain in the ass. You could get 8 inputs by using the ADAT lightpipe IN/OUT to and from the 002r and the DM24. you can get two more by using the SPIDF out of the DM24...

When I upgraded to PT 6.2.3 it automatically asked me if I wanted to upgrade the firmware on my 002r. I clicked yes and it did the upgrade for me. I didn't even know there was such firmware upgrade....

For some reason I still think that you are better off trying to find a used Mackie HUI for less money than the $1295 retail Digi is asking for this controller. I am missing something?
