I pulled an Artist Mix from storage just ro try, same error.

Downgraded Eucon to 2020.11 - still same error.

Avid support already replied they are working on a solution. Hope they do real soon...

Still no resolution. Customer support only replied with the comment that they have elevated my issue to their IT department. Wow, it's been 6 weeks already. So frustrated right now.

Thanks for that bit of information. I will try it. Just a major hassle. It seems they are just wanting to push activities to their support department for no reason.

there is only 1 firewire port on MacMini.

I have to use a firewire 800-400 adapter in order to connect the 003R to Macmini.

Daisy chained to 003R is Canopus ADVC110.
