Case question

What is a good quiet case that is big enough to house the Asus motherboard? This is the only question left before I order all the parts for the quad. Thank you...

I actually have the money to get the opteron 270's...Is it worth it to get the 270s over the 265's..what is the main difference? Thank you...End of the weekk Im buying everything for the quad...so...
