Thanks for the reply, i guess the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach is best. Only issue I could think of is virtual instruments sometime refusing to playback at very low buffer sizes...

I’ve run protools on PC for many years and recently read the protools windows optimization and they said disabling hyper-threading is recommend. Is this still relevant?

Of course working in consolidated small chunks is better, but I don’t think it should freeze on a longer ones. It freezes during the progress bar.

ran into this as well, a two hrs concert, ended up using a separate track and worked in chunks, song by song.

just installed 2022.9 the melodyne integration is great, not gonna lie, fits great in my workflow. Have not gotten the pop up message yet, but did feel a Hiccup when autosaving. reduced the autosave...

wow amazing.... Their new amazing feature is broken from the start, i have not installed 2022.9 yet but seeing this post is just demoralizing, use melodyne a lot and was waiting patiently for this...

Reminds me of stock studio one plugins, yeah, I could see this as being useful, but only for the main controls, no more than 5, and giving you a way to select witch 5 parameters for each third party...
