2 things to consider:
1-I've been running Pro Tools since 2003(version 6:p) and have never seen a 192 buffer setting available. 128 and 256, but never anything in between.

Since you are on Windows, my earlier comment still matters. If Windows is using your interface as its "default playback device", that is likely the reason for your issue:o

And, since we know nothing about your setup, if you are running Windows, make sure that Windows is not using your interface(BlackMagic) as its default playback device as that can lockout Pro Tools...
