My system is a Dell 4400 P4 1.8 cpu don't know M/Board.
I don't use any Digi software just AM3 with WaveLab 4.0

The Digi ASIO is multi channel ie more than two.
Some people have got the driver to work with WaveLab 4.0 its all down to what software/hardware you have set-up on your system.

I have not heard of anybody getting the DIGI ASIO to work with WaveLab 4.0, but I know Nuendo has been ok. If anybody has had a result with WaveLab please let us know.

I'm having the same problem, "can't acquire device". AMIII shows up in applications but I can't see the set up options for the card from properties - reports "the card may be in use".
