Hey. Same here with my RME UC. I turned it out and on again, now it works.
I think I just have the problem since the 10.0.1 update..

Hey.
In Logic just export all tracks, shift+ command +"e" to a folder.
Reset levels ans panning before and remove all plus you don't
need. Then import them into PT.
