This is still a problem. I got a "database full" error which was related to the log files and protools closed while in operation.

A Couple of Protools 11 "bugs" handles processed with clip gain

I'm editing FX recordings, I have clip gain up on the atmos to edit with and then I reset it all. I am trying to use some audiosuite processing but the handles are processing with clip gain enabled...

Hi there I am experiencing an issue with Protools 11 where it is creating logs with huge file sizes. The logs are in binary format so not readable. Somehow there is some debug mode setting enabled...

I don't touch PT for music just sound post editing and mixing ! I run waves so it's no good yet but my Cedar plugin moved to AAX already. Pitch n time is a very useful tool and will not be moving to...

No it's not urgent because not everything is AAX yet but offline bouncing of temp mixes with picture for clients would be a nice thing.

It's not Avid support handling the refund but arvato the third party or do they also have to speak to Avid :O

Hopefully they fix your shopping cart issue now i've alerted them to it.

Monkeys could do a better job with all this. I am a Waves bundle user and once they moved away from Ilok the whole upgrading and licensing was a much simpler process, Waves is no fuss they are doing...

And funny thing local shops are starting to supply the upgrades, I should have just gone there as it's obviously got service ! but i want downloads not boxed versions sitting around taking up space,...

This is down to bad integration with that dodgy ridiculous shopping cart so avid could save some money.

It is dumb that's why it cannot even lookup your details from your profile while logged in,...

Hi there, I'm guessing other people have been caught into this stupid trap when purchasing the upgrade. If you upgraded from PT9 to 10 and had CPTK2 with PT9 you were supposed to choose the PT9/PT10...
