Yes, if you watch the underlining on the menu bar, you'll notice (with every application by the way, not just PT) that the underlining of the menu item shortcurts appears as soon as you press Alt....

Thanks. At least I don't feel alone anymore. That bug exists for years or even decades and is annoying as hell.

I just edited my previous post. On non-German keyboards, it's Alt+= (for "MIDI Event List"). Pressing it twice revives my dead shortcuts somehow.

Whenever I switch from PT to another application and back, some shortcuts (all with ctrl key, like switch edit/mix, split clip etc.) don't work anymore.
