I use a avid carbon ,and I just got a mtrx ii with the tb3 card ,I definitely hear a difference when I track my drums, miss having those dsp chips

Just got a MTRX II with tb3 card ,also have an avid carbon, and I am missing having the dsp chips, want to upgrade ,but I am worried that will releasing a new hdx card soon? thoughts? jz

Using the dad core 256 ,but thinking of migrating to the mtrx 2 and hdx,like the fact that protools runs of the card ,more stable?.amd monitoring thru plug-ins, will avid release a new hdx card this...

Did some drum recording the other coming in to the line inputs of the carbon from my console, sounded great
