I use both Jam and MLCD and they're both good. Jam's updates are a lot earlier than mlcd's and it can do (in my own experience) just about anything mlcd can do ... and more -- like "normalizing" all...

I like the Ultimate Piano CDR, as well -= though I'm using the Roland version w/XV-5080 and try to imagine velocity patches using 2 32 meg patches.

I love my Dynaudio BM 6a's. They have tons of bass response. I also have a pair of BM 15's (not A's, though) and I prefer the smaller speakers.

Seems to me that PT would have to be receiving MIDI beat clock for that to happen. Don't think that's possible at present.

I was just about to post a VERY simlar problem. Since installing v. 2.3 MLCD won't find my mix+ card. It WILL burn CDs just fine ... just can't HEAR them to preview. Since I see we have system 8.6...

When I bought Jam, Sweetwater shipped me v. 2.5. I downloaded the 2.6 updater from the Adaptec site. It sees my 12/4/32 (Plextor PX-W124TS) just fine. Hmmm ...
