Re: The Official Unofficial Windows 7 Thread

It's not really a tweak just an entry into the registry. I can't take credit it for it either as I am not that much of a computer geek to come up with it. After looking at it, it is quite lengthy...

Re: 7.4 and Win7

Yorugman is right. If you are really into Pro Tools, you really should go to PT8. I have somewhat migrated away from Pro Tools exclusively so I found this fix for my antiquated 7.4 for when I feel...

Re: 7.4 and Win7

I have discovered a registry entry that as far as I can tell fixes the problem and allows 7.4 to run on windows 7. I have verified this with the M-Powered version, not sure about LE. You can download...

Re: The Official Unofficial Windows 7 Thread

Re: The Official Unofficial Windows 7 Thread

Re: The Official Unofficial Windows 7 Thread

Thanks, I figured as much. I thought it may be as easy as disabling a service, particularly a network service (such as the Network store interface service) but so far nothing. I really wanted to...

Re: The Official Unofficial Windows 7 Thread

I've been following this thread for a while trying to get 7.4 to work with Windows 7 64 bit but still no luck. The only thing I can do is to get it half working in SAFE MODE. Obviously this is not...
