Don't know what I'm missing here, but I haven't been able to get any of the "cell" instruments to show anything other than a black window. I've tried re-downloading all 3 instruments from My Avid...

Same here. Upgraded to Ventura after Avid notification yesterday and now my cursor is flickering as described above.

This dialogue speaks directly to the situation I'm in. I just bought a new notebook with Windows 7 Pro. If I upgrade to 8.0.3, I'm pretty much rendering my Mbox useless.
