I don't recall the details, it was quite a while since i upgraded to v.3, but I DO recall that the compatibility between v.2.4 and 3 was VERY shaky... I remember the presets not trasfering properly,...

That WAS te reason I went for it too! and I DO like what I got, in terms of new speakers and mic choices, but like you, I find it somewhere between highly irritating and useless...

May be this is not what you mean, but.... when you shift material, add the marker time line to your selection by shift clicking on it and the markers WILL follow... granted, not exactly the best......

Ahha!... that's great, this in fact solves the "ooos" syndrome... now I guess, all I need to do is reprogram my trackball to give me a "right click", I never used that feature, too used to one button...

The session was opening up and the progress window was doing its thing. As the session was just about to open up, I heard these pops and crackles ..... My monitoring level at the time was no more...

Edit Window Speed Scroll Broken?

PT 5 seems to have the Edit Window Speed Scroll Broken here, but only the vertical part, horizontal works fine. The Mix Window works fine in both vertical and horizontal plane.
